Orders placed after 2:00pm Thursday and on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday. Same day delivery can be requested in Southland / Otago area, request must be made before 11:00am on day of delivery.

Rural deliveries are at customers own risk due to 2 day delivery time and a surcharge of $3.50 will apply. Saturday deliveries available but must be requested.

All non-deliveries must be notified to NZ Sheep Milk Co within 72 hours of dispatch from Blue River Dairy.

Refund & Disputes Policy

NZ Sheep Milk Co aim to satisfy all customers needs as best we can. Should there be an issue with our service, please contact the NZ Sheep Milk Co team as soon as possible.

Should you need to return an item due to a quality issue or transport damage, please contact the NZ Sheep Milk Co team within 24 hours of receipt. Please keep on hand information regarding product and damage, date received, and freight tracking number. On basis of the above information, we will be able to refund your order accordingly.

Should you need to return an item due to any other reason; freight expenses will be covered by customer. Customer will not receive a refund for the shipping cost of the returned item. Items not returned in original condition or partial return may not qualify for a full refund.

If an item is returned as a result of an incorrect address provided by you, we can reship the product to the correct address at an additional cost to you. The consumer is responsible for the cost of the new product and additional shipping as NZ Sheep Milk Co is unable to repackage and ship returned items as they are perishable.
